Beautiful Chic Bride…

Ligia & Chris wanted a rustic chic wedding in Chicago area, however they settled for a gorgeous rustic venue in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The day of their wedding was cold and windy but the designs we chose brought tons of warmth and color. The venue definitely delivered on the rustic feel and we had to make sure we delivered chic and modern design. In order to complete this look we used hundreds of candles and cylinders, over 2200 fresh flowers including hydrangeas, variety of roses, carnations, spray roses, hypericum berry, calla lilies, hanging amaranthus, dendrobium orchids, cymbidium orchids and amazing Phalaenopsis orchids. We went with a rich pallet of colors from whites, ivories, grays, greens, light pinks, to dark pinks and bleeding red roses. This color pallet mixed in with stunning gold vases and sequin linens created modern and romantic feel that our bride was looking for.

Luxury Wedding Floral Decor for a Chicago Wedding…

Wedding is a day where two soulmates who are in love celebrate becoming one! So why not celebrate it in style. Many times brides get overwhelmed with what decor to choose for their special day. One way to make a statement is going with natural colors of white, creams, and yellows with our luxury wedding floral decor.

The idea of having a Chicago outdoor wedding is especially interesting because there are literally hundreds of way you can prepare your ceremony and reception flowers. Let’s start with ceremony site. An easy element that can make a huge statement for your guests is using canopy for your ceremony. Canopy or Chuppah can come with multiple color fabric and can make an even bigger statement if your budget allows you to add floral arrangements. The below pictured Canopy was designed with “across the top” floral design using hundreds of Hydrangeas, different variations of Roses, and Phalaenopsis Orchids. To make the overall look clean and modern, “side” designs where used on the front posts. The use of Phalaenopsis Orchids gives us this beautiful cascading effect. To create a beautiful aisle for our bride we used standard columns at the beginning of the aisle with our reception centerpieces. We finished the aisle with hundreds of rose pedals throughout the entire aisle.

As far as the reception designs go, the bride wanted the same centerpiece throughout her entire guest tables. This is a modern and very “in” look right now. It gives this romantic feel and it’s a dramatic yet absolutely stunning look for any space. Accompanied with candle light and rose pedals, the guest will enjoy sitting at a table of this kind. When designing flowers of this magnitude (this centerpiece is not small J ), we always want to make sure we remember the visual effect not only for the Photographer but most importantly for the guests. We must design flowers to angle down so that when seated, guest can look up and see the beauty of each bloom and not look at the stems.

Canopy & Chuppah Rentals in Chicago

We get a lot of inquiries about our Chuppah or Canopy rental in Chicago area. Why? Because it is a fairly inexpensive way to dress up your aisle space. Recently we had a privilege to be part of Ana & Zlatan’s love story. They had a beautiful wedding in a fabulous Pearl Tavern on the Chicago River in Downtown Chicago. It was absolutely gorgeous and hot September day. The ceremony was held at 6pm during a stunning sunset, which was a very romantic touch and a perfect timing for exchange of vows.

Sometimes very simple way to decorate your aisle is by renting a Canopy. Our canopy is a modern pipe and drape style. We decorate it with white see-thru sheer voile material. Many times we add floral designs per bride’s specifications, but Ana wanted a simple design with no additions to the Canopy. The banquet hall added fabulous Hydrangeas to each chair and hanging lights above the aisle area.

At the end of the day the aisle looked very romantic. With the sunset, hanging lights, and Chicago River, it was a perfect setting for an intimate wedding.
