Our specialty is designing wedding flowers but once in a while we do small private parties for our clients. Recently we were approached by a friend of ours, Monika Baranski who is an amazing photographer, to help her design floral decor for her 3 year old daughter’s birthday party. The theme of the party was “Frozen” since it’s such a popular theme these days. We decided on creating some fun decor which consisted of cylinder sets, small floral arrangements, and curly willow centerpieces. The cylinder sets were made with pink Dendrobium Orchids, LED light in blue, crystals and floating candles. For the small centerpieces we went with Hydrangeas, white roses, dusty miller, and hypericum berry. We focused on white to bring out the colors of winter and added color thru rhinestone mesh, ornaments, and orchids. For the tall centerpieces that were placed around the sweet table, we used a tall cylinder vase filled with beautiful Christmas ornaments and silver glittered curly willow. We added more ornaments to make it seem like winter was in the room. This was a very simple party but yet with the addition on floral arrangements, the room became beautiful, sophisticated, and gave this nice winter season feel.
